The main purpose is to propose and carry out training programs on human rights field to the community.

Marcos is a Civil Engineer and he is currently in charge as Coordinator of the Education Commite.
He currently directs, under the supervision of the Director, the Human Rights Academy Project in conjunction with Amnesty International.
