Venezuela I: Information for victims (EN)
Are you (yourself) or have you been a victim of the following crimes in Venezuela since at least April 2017 and wish to notify the International Criminal Court?
- Murder.
- Extermination included "the intentional imposition of living conditions, including deprivation of access to food and medicine, calculated to bring about the destruction of part of a population"
- Slavery.
- Deportation or forced transfer of population.
- Imprisonment or other serious deprivation of physical freedom in violation of fundamental norms of international law.
- Torture.
- Rape, sexual slavery, forced prostitution, forced pregnancy, forced sterilization or any other form of sexual violence of comparable severity.
- Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity for political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender, or other reasons universally recognized as inadmissible under international law.
- Forced disappearance of people.
- Apartheid,
- Other inhuman acts of a similar character that intentionally cause great suffering or serious injury to the body or physical or mental health.
Stichting Venezolaanse Vluchtelingen in its capacity as an organization and representative of the venezuelan civil society which acts in favor of groups of victims makes available the following form to notify the ICC in cases applicable according to competition. Form only available in Spanish.
Venezuela I: Informacion para Victimas (ES)
¿Es usted (usted mismo) o ha sido víctima de los siguientes crímenes en Venezuela desde al menos abril del 2017 y desea notificar ante la Corte Penal Internacional?
- Asesinato.
- Exterminio incluida "la imposición intencional de condiciones de vida, entre otras cosas la privación del acceso a alimentos y medicinas, calculadas para provocar la destrucción de una parte de una población"
- Esclavitud.
- Deportación o traslado forzoso de población.
- Encarcelamiento u otra privación grave de la libertad física en violación de normas fundamentales del derecho internacional.
- Tortura.
- Violación, esclavitud sexual, prostitución forzada, embarazo forzado, esterilización forzada o cualquier otra forma de violencia sexual de gravedad comparable.
- Persecución contra cualquier grupo o colectividad identificable por motivos políticos, raciales, nacionales, étnicos, culturales, religiosos, de género, u otros motivos universalmente reconocidos como inadmisibles según el derecho internacional.
- Desaparición forzada de personas.
- Apartheid,
- Otros actos inhumanos de carácter similar que causen intencionalmente grandes sufrimientos o lesiones graves al cuerpo o a la salud física o mental.
Stichting Venezolaanse Vluchtelingen en su calidad de organización y representante de la sociedad civil venezolana que actúa a favor de grupos de víctimas pone a disposición el siguiente formulario para notificar a la CPI en los casos aplicables según competencia. Formulario sólo disponible en idioma español.
