On 1 March 2024 at 15:00h (The Hague local time), the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) will deliver its judgment on the appeal of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela against Pre Trial Chamber I’s decision authorising the resumption of the investigation in the situation.
The judgment will be delivered during at a public hearing in Courtroom II at the seat of the Court in The Hague (Netherlands) in the presence of the Office of the Prosecutor, the Representatives of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Office of Public Counsel for Victims (OPCV). The session will be transmitted live through the ICC website.
