David Cáceres is a lawyer with knowledge in Criminal, Labor and Human Rights Law.
He is currently Director of the Stichting Venezolaanse Vluchtelingen which promotes human rights and provides support to victims who are forced into exile within the kingdom of the Netherlands. In recent years, David Cáceres has collected first-hand testimoni

He is currently Director of the Stichting Venezolaanse Vluchtelingen which promotes human rights and provides support to victims who are forced into exile within the kingdom of the Netherlands. In recent years, David Cáceres has collected first-hand testimonies from victims injured by the Venezuelan regime and has presented in the ICC.

Marcos is a Civil Engineer and he is currently in charge as Coordinator of the Education Commite.
He currently directs, under the supervision of the Director, the Human Rights Academy Project in conjunction with Amnesty International.

Jean is currently an Counselor to the Education Committee and helps carry out the heavy educational work of the Amnesty International Human Rights Academy.

Ruth is a Venezuelan surgeon, she is the Coordinator of the Health Committee.
Her job from the Netherlands is to connect with victims of the Venezuelan regime and carry out a screening and profile to determine if the person requires medical or psychological assistance for trauma.

Jhon is a former military who participated in the coup against Chaves in 2002, he is also a former official of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of the Interior of Justice.
